Abelia mosanensis " The Fragrant Abelia" is a dependable easy shrub. Makes a natural open fountain to around 6ft. Has wonderfully fragrant rich pink flowers from May into June. Some compare the scent to Lilacs, others to Hyacianthus. Just a few sprigs in a vase will fill your home with heavenly scent! She has attractive glossy summer foliage, that turns stunning shades of orange-red in the fall. Thrives in sun to half shade in any acidic well drained soil. Variegated Five
Leaf Aralia (Acanthopanox sieboldianus) is one of the best
looking variegated plants we have ever seen! (This plant is from our
shade garden) Its glossy palmate leaves, makes a dry shady spot
utterly glow. Very easy, sun or shade, any soil condition, grows 6
to 8 ft tall in an open graceful shape. The ultimate brown thumb
Gardener's shrub. Nearly impossible to go wrong with, but does have
prickles so keep away from pathways. Makes a great container plant.

Daphnex transatlantica Summer Ice is a delightful rounded evergreen shrub
that grows to about three by three feet. The leaves have a formal
appearance, each neatly outlined in frosty white. They are covered in
intoxicating fragrant pale pink star shaped flowers in mid- spring. The
flowers continue all summer, with a dense show again in the Fall. It is
adaptable to dry soil once established. Very deer resistant, and long lived.
Shouldn't be moved once planted in the ground. Sun loving gem, for any

Lagerstroemia Crapemyrtle " Siren Red" has the darkest red flowers of any Crapemyrtle. The intensity of red, is less effected by cool cloudy weather. Has very good mildew resistance. This Crapemyrtle at 8 to 10 feet is a more compact plant then most Crapemyrtles. A better size for the residential home. The
Black Lace
Elderberry (Sambucus Elderberry) is a very appealing plant. Has
wonderful purple black foliage that looks just like and exotic
Japanese maple, but is much quicker and easier to grow. Has huge
lemon scented pink flowers that are eye catching against the dark
lacy foliage. Becomes a 8 ft by 8 ft shrub if left alone, but is
easily shaped by pruning. Prune twice the first year to develop
attractive branching. Best pruned immediately after blooming, as
plants set flower buds, the summer prior to blooming. The best
foliage color is when given a fair amount of sun light, but will
grow in any light or soil, including swampy land. Is a very easy
plant to grow. Has an edible blackish red berry in fall, for jam, or
a delight to birds and other wild life. Is very deer resistant.
Fertilize in early spring with an all purpose organic fertilizer. A

The Blue Velvet Honeysuckle (Lonicera Korolkowii) is an absolutely gorgeous shrub. Is covered with showy opalescent pink flowers in spring. With stately blue gray trim round leaves. One of those very rare true blue shrubs. Almost unavailable anywhere. We have little stock & would recommend you reserve your plant early. We will have it to purchase early next summer. Reaches a height of 10 ft by 8 ft wide. Has bright red berries that song birds love. Is resistant to disfiguring aphid damage. Drought tolerant once established. The Oak Leaf Hydrangea "Little Honey" (Hydrangea Quercifolia) is one of our nicest native shrubs. Has an upright mounding habit, with twisting stems & orange brown peeling bark, for winter accent. Dramatic bright yellow, 8 inch long leaves, that look like oversized oak tree leaves. Has 6 to 8 inch white hydrangea blooms, that cover the plant in June. Stunning fall color, ranging from shocking pink, to bright red. Nice compact plant never grows more than 4 ft by 4 ft. A simply great garden plant for sun or shade. Hydrangea paniculata "Pinky Winky" is an incredible hydrangea with unique two- toned flower heads starting in mid- summer. What an amazing sight to see large 16 inch flower heads that turn pink while continuing to push new white flowers from the tip of the panicle. A totally new look for hydrangeas! Flowers are upright on stiff strong stems, which contrast nicely against the nice green foliage. Very good reliable bloomer, regardless of climate, soil type, PH or pruning. Use it as a specimen plant or spectacular flowering hedge. Plants grow 6 to 8 feet naturally, but can easily be pruned lower. Bloom on new wood, so you can prune in the fall or early spring. Hydrangea abroescens "INVINCIBELLE SPIRIT" is a pink flowered form of annabelle hydrangea. This plant is hardy, easy to grow and blooms each year regardless of weather. It blooms on new wood so is never effected by harsh winters. This one starts blooming from early summer right up till frost! A sure fire show of mop- head blooms on every stem. Adaptable to any soil, full sun or partial shade and at 3 to 4 feet is the perfect height for small gardens. Very little maintenance to keep it looking great. Indigofera "Rose Carpet" is an attractive native dwarf shrub that acts like a groundcover makes about a 2ft circle, 4 to 8 inches high. Creates a delicate airy effect with its fine compound leaves. | Kerria Japonica "Picta" is a superb variegated shrub. This plant has all the seasons covered! Smothered in rose like yellow flowers in spring. It has hundreds of one inch blue green leaves with a white variegated edge in summer. To me it looks like a season long blooming baby's breath. (Just simply gorgeous) In winter the stems stay an attractive green. (A bamboo like feel) Has an upright umbrella shape to 4 ft that never needs pruning. Mountain Laurel Kalmia latifolia (Bulls Eye) is one of our finest native flowering shrubs. Has stunning flowers in June with buds that are a deep purplish cinnamon, that open to a creamy blossom with a broad purple band around the inside. Flowers most profusely in full sun or light shade but will grow in full shade.
It has handsome bronzy-red new foliage. This is a vigorous selection that grows to around 6x6 ft. Nice natural round shape and is evergreen. Easy shrub, but does need well drained acidic soil. Oso Easy "Paprika"
Landscape Rose pp#18347 is virtually disease free. No black spot
or mildew, just throw away your sprayer & enjoy this rose. The
perfect size for the residential home, a nice compact 2 ft by 2 ft
plant. Starts out as a spicy paprika & fades to a coral with a
golden sun center. A really stunning flower, (must be seen in person
to be appreciated), phenomenal blooming period, covered in flowers

| The Yellow Knock Out Rose, (Rosa' RAD Sunny PPAF 18562) is a wonderful new color addition to the amazing Knock Out series of roses. They are one blooming machine from spring to frost. Have a lovely strong sweet briar fragrance. Vastly superior to most of the Knock Out roses. The 3 inch blooms open bright yellow and age to a soft buttery hue. Cotinus coggygria Smokebush "Young Lady" is blooming crazy!!! This plant is covered in smokey pink blooms from June to August. At 8 to 10 feet it is a little more compact then most smoke trees. "Seven Son Flower"
(Heptacodium miconioides) is a large arching shrub or small tree
(grows to about 15 ft) with glossy dark green leaves, and
exfoliating bark, that looks attractive in winter. Has fragrant
white flowers in late summer & showy persistent reddish sepals from
October to November. Looks great when not much else is going on in
the garden. Very easy, very fast growing shrub, in sun or partial

Zenobia pulverulenta Blue Woodlander (Honeybell) is a native shrub with beautiful blue foliage and a dusty patina with lightly fragrant dense clusters of 1/2 inch white bells in late Spring. Has brilliant red to orange foliage in the Fall. Compact 4 ft. tall shrub that's best in light shade and humus added to the soil. In the same family as blueberries, requiring the same acidic soil . Grows naturally in Virginia thru the Carolina's. A wonderful plant but very rare in the market place. We named our youngest daughter Tara Honeybell in honor of this plant .
