about us
We at Open Arms Garden have a vision to create beautiful gardens; aimed at and designed for the physically disabled. We have great passion for nature's wonder and want all people to have a greater appreciation of the beauty the world has to offer. I, John Ingham and my wonderful wife Tillie and our 3 daughters are the creators of the dream of Open Arms Garden. On our five acre homestead (was a chicken farm in the 50's) we envision curving paths through a strand of bamboo and around each bend another unique one of a-kind garden will delight the mind's eye. We see beds of scented, textured and vibrantly colored flowers all with in arms reach of wheel chairs and the blind. To bring a practical note to future endeavors. We have a fantastic selection of choice garden plants for the mid-Atlantic region. Our prized plants are part of our own personal garden and we want to share the pleasure they give us with you.
